Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, raised in North Carolina, and lives in Florida with her husband, Minister-Elect John Brown. Apostle Rose is a writer, visionary,
entrepreneur, and ministry overseer.
She has studied for many years, graduating and earning several degrees of study, including an honorary doctorate degree. She has served in various offices in Christian ministry since 1978, currently serving as Apostle and Overseer of the Kingdom of God Fellowship, a Church Without Walls. She is the Founder of the KOG International Fellowship of Churches and Ministries, The Refuge Enrichment Community Center, Inc., John 316 Publishing, Empowered to Pray Network, Rose White Ministries, Wise Business Choices, Inc., and Destiny and Purpose Podcast. She is also the founder and Chancellor of Global Bible College and Seminary, which was established as an accredited college in 2021. November 2022 marks 13 years of full-time pastoral ministry, and March 2022 marks 30 years of ministry. She was originally ordained as a minister in 1993, becoming a home fellowship pastor in South Africa. She was consecrated as an apostle in 2011 and affirmed as an Apostle in 2013.

mission and ministry mandate are to touch people, train leaders, and teach
ministry, with the slogan “touching lives, one life at a time.”
